NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — October 23, 2026 — Commaris LLC is pleased to announce its next chapter as an independent, employee-owned aerospace company headquartered in Norman, Oklahoma. Building on years of unmanned aircraft systems development, the company is moving forward with a renewed focus on advanced aircraft engineering, U.S.-based manufacturing, and delivering innovative solutions for commercial, industrial, and government customers.

Previously operating as part of Flowco Holdings Inc. (NYSE: FLOC), Commaris now moves forward under independent leadership, building on the engineering knowledge, technical capabilities, and operational experience developed over the years.

The company is led by Sean Rieb, CEO and Chief Engineer, and Jason Daub, Chief Operating Officer, who bring extensive experience in aircraft development, engineering, and flight operations.

At the center of the company’s aircraft portfolio is the SEEKER, an electric, fixed-wing vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned aircraft designed for long-endurance operations and adaptable mission payloads. The platform supports a broad range of applications, including infrastructure inspection, surveying and mapping, agriculture, public safety, and government operations.
